I went climbing on Sautrday and hiking on Sunday. I sucked!!! I'm really out of shape. I wonder how long and how much effort it'll take before I become relatively fitter again. :-(
The weather on Saturday was great. Well... by great I mean there was no sun and it didn't rain. I thought the same weather would continue onto Sunday but I was wrong. Starting hiking at 1pm got me into another sunburn. It was very sunny and the smog kicked in because we were having a northerly wind. It was my first time climbing up Lion Rock and it was a great view, less the smog.
