Furniture Shopping

I'm getting excited about my new home. I've been going to different stores to shop for furniture. So far I haven't bought anything yet. It seems so hard to find something pretty and yet affordable. I'll be moving my old bed to my new apartment next week, hopefully I'll move in in mid-December. I wonder how much furniture I'll have when I move in. But it doesn't matter. I know I'll have my guest bed there, and worse comes to worse, I have a Therm-A-Rest and a down bag. =)

I've already invited three friends to stay over when they visit HK. I'm also looking forward to inviting friends over for drinks. It's nice to have your own place afterall. It sounds so much better than telling people I'm staying with my parents... ;-)

I should set up a gift register. Whoever visits me will have to get me something from my list. There is no need to buy me dinner or anything. Just something practical. =D
