45 Minutes! Yay!

I had my 45-minute jog last night. It wasn't entirely non-stop, but I also added brief sessions of full speed run. I did a total of 5km. I think it took a bit long for only 5km. I'll gradually add the 200m-run-200m-jog scheme to my training in order to boost my cardio and endurance. Jogging on flat land can only make your heart work that much. I think I was actually having a jogger's high. I was tired, but I was having fun. I don't know why the high heat alert was still on for the eighth consecutive day. There was wind and I didn't even have to turn on the air conditioner after my jog or during my sleep. I also topped up my training with some crunches and stretching. Unfortunately I didn't feel any effect this morning. I should do more next time.
