Vet Visit

So we came back from the vet. I thought Mew would be sleepy and lethargic for the rest of the day. On the contrary, she's been alert and lively. She's actually feeling hungry and is very responsive to the smell of food. She was at the vet's to have two of her decayed teeth taken out and the rest of the teeth cleaned. She had to do a blood test prior to being given anesthetics because of her old age. She was tested for kidney and liver functions and all the counts were normal. She was given a go for anesthesia. When I returned to pick her up, Mew seemed very active and not at all scared. When we got home, I put out food for her, thinking she would continue to abstain from food. Boy, was I wrong. Mew came right to her bowl and started eating like she hadn't eaten for days, literally. The antibiotics, though, are gonna be a pain to give to her.
